What this is, and how it works.
DholeraHelp is an independent answer engine and a set of decision tools for Dholera SIR. A visitor asks a question, gets a clear answer with every figure labelled and sourced, and can drop into a few simple tools. It is deliberately a tool, not an encyclopedia and not a brochure.
Independent and neutral
We do not sell plots, take developer commissions, rank developers, or give investment advice. Where we list developers or projects, it is a dated, neutral reference, and a listing is never an endorsement. Anything about buying is process guidance, not a recommendation.
Sources and method
Every answer traces to a fixed Dholera knowledge pack built from primary and reported sources. We tag each source by tier:
- Green (primary or official): Dholera SIR official site (Gujarat govt), PIB releases, the NICDC delivery-monitoring report, the DSIRDA Sanctioned Development Plan, the CEA Solar Parks quarterly, Tata Electronics and Tata Power, and GujRERA.
- Press or single-source: national and trade coverage, cited with a date.
- Reference: Wikipedia and Census, used for background only.
How figures are labelled
Every number carries one of three labels so nothing reads as more certain than it is:
- DURABLE: a verified, stable fact.
- REPORTED: from press or a single source, shown with its date.
- TARGET: planned, not achieved. A targeted airport date is never shown as done.
When we do not know
If a fact is missing from the pack, or only appears on broker sites, we say "not verified yet" rather than guess. We deliberately do not publish an unverified list of the 22 villages, per-zone land-use percentages, a made-up plot price, a return figure, or a firm airport opening date, because the reliable data is not there.
